Patience does pay off for those willing to let things happen naturally, such is the case with Denis Clifford who submitted his first release “Easter Island” to Bumako more than a year ago through soundcloud. Label boss Jenifa Mayanja knew she had something special in Irish producer Denis Clifford who though an accomplished musician had only recently started to delve into house music production.
The resulting connection brings about a full length album from Denis entitled “Miracles of Matter” which wedges nicely between melodic techno and groove steady deep house..This first effort really showcases the potential of this up and coming producer as he mixes it up from catchy hooks on “Take it or leave it”, the ethnic house vibes on “Clockwork” and the euphoric techno tone of “King of dreams” the final track. There is enough to catch the attention of fans of his highly seductive take on the techno genre while also rocking the floors of groove hungry house fans..
